At any Keller Williams regional office worldwide, every associate chooses their own sponsor as soon as they start.
The sponsor is the key person in enabling an associate’s entry into the system.
When an associate closes a transaction, a portion of the royalty paid to KWTR is set aside and allocated to the KWTR Contribution Share account.
